Hard-delete path can preserve the first K history messages, insert a "..." gap, and strip dangling tool_use at the cut. Default 0 keeps previous behavior.

Liang Jiaqing 8553e98723 feat: scale tool-output limits with context_win 
Add maxlen_multiplier derived from context_win (capped 3x); drives per-tool
truncation caps and history compression interval. WebScan uses half-increment
growth to avoid saturating its 35000 base. Docs updated for the new coupling.

Liang Jiaqing 9405d3fe09 docs(vision): add GA bootstrap hints to vision_api template 
Annotate config block to guide new GA instances: enumerate candidate
mykey.py variable names and experimentally probe which config works;
only print var/field names, model, apibase host/path, status codes and
error types (never full dict or apikey/token); include a config format
example. Also flag that apibase/endpoint may differ per provider/proxy
at the two request-building sites.

Liang Jiaqinganddilong888 80679c3d6b fix(desktop): clear busy flag after ESC cancel and on bridge close to prevent UI freeze 
ESC cancel sent session/cancel RPC but never cleared the busy flag, leaving the UI stuck if the server-side cancelled event never arrived. Also clear busy on all sessions when the bridge closes so pending poll loops exit cleanly.

Jiaqing Liang 38f8cfc037 fix(conductor): disable unconfigured IM plugins by default 
Rename tracked email.py/lark.py to _email_example.py/_lark_example.py so
the poller (which skips _-prefixed files) no longer polls them on a fresh
clone. Activate by copying to email.py/lark.py (now gitignored). Also nudge
manager to reuse existing subagents on IM signals.
