基镜像构建挂了——日志显示 pip 在装 requirements.txt 阶段退出码 1， 罪魁是阿里云 pypi 镜像对 mcp==1.22.0 的元数据文件 404。 装包那行加 --extra-index-url https://pypi.org/simple， 主源没货时自动去官方源捞。
