refactor: relocate status indicator to sidebar footer
- Move .run-state button from page header to sidebar .foot-status
- Add .foot-status layout (flex, gap, version label inline)
- Remove old .foot-ver block (merged into .foot-status)
- Remove .page > .page-top .run-state positioning rule
- Extend .run-state animations to cover .foot-status context
