yanghang fd5eaf921c fix(desktop): mac 卸载器 ps 用 -ww 防截断 + 跳过父进程(避免误杀 Terminal) ...

- ps -axww：禁用列截断，深层 bundle 路径不会被裁掉导致漏匹配进程
- 同时跳过 $PPID，避免杀掉 Terminal 启动 .command 的父 shell
